Cindy Mack is a founding partner of Comprehensive Sleep Medicine Center of the Gulf Coast. Her areas of expertise are in performing highly specialized forms of polysomnographic recordings and troubleshooting CPAP complaints.
She is certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists. In the past, she has taught board review courses to polysomnographic technicians. She was involved in the combined adult and pediatric sleep medicine fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine.
Cindy Mack initiated the quest for Polysomnographic technologist licensure in Louisiana (ACT 272) and was responsible for drafting most of the verbage for the law.
As she has a strong interest in research, she has authored and co-authored a number of articles and abstracts on a variety of sleep disorders and has been awarded presentations at national and international meetings. In addition, she is a winner of the Mary Carskadon Award for Excellence in Research.
